Soluble Fiber for Home Test (FBR HELP)

So i got caught smoking pot by my boss last week, and i'm at risk for losing my job. I deliver pizza, and if i get into an accident, crash, etc..., the cops would test me, and i would fail for THC, and my boss would get screwed because of it. He told me that untill i can pass a drug test, i cannot come back to work. I'm 6'0 230lbs. Overweight a bit. I was an extremely heavy smoker (an oz a day) for the past year or so. The last time i smoked was a week from yesterday, and it was only 2 bowls (of some of the best chronic detroit michigan has to offer). Ive taken 9 BeneFiber chewables a day for the past 5 days, and recently picked up metamucil. i plan on taking at least 6 caps at a time 4 times a day. My question is, how long will it take for the soluble fiber to bring my levels low enough to pass a home test?

You don't need to overdo it on the fiber, the recommended dosage is sufficient. I would start to exercise, cardio will help to shed some thc metabolites along with the fiber. Your a pretty big guy so it may take you 21-30 days to get clean. You might want to get some Quick Fix if you know your not going to be watched. Then you don't have to quit smoking and your back to working.

6 caps 4 times a day for a total of 12 grams isn't overdoing it as you should be getting at least 25-30 grams of fiber (soluble and insoluble) a day.

While the theory of using soluble fiber is solid I don't have experimental numbers showing how effective it is in terms of numbers. I fully believe though that is it worth the time and money spent on the soluble fiber.
