Why remove the seeds? Any chance of a close-up of the 'seedlings' you are removing?
Are you sure that they are seeds, and not just swollen calyx's? (it's normal to see them swell-up, even if not pollinated)

White hairs (pistols) are tubes that come out of the ends of the calyx, which catch the pollen, trasnsfer it to the interior of the calyx, and start developing the seeds. The hairs on a pollinated calyx start to wither-up and change colors.

You should look for the nanners (the male flowers that release the pollen, which makes the seeds...) and getting rid of those. The seeds will, as previously stated...be female. Folks spend big bucks buying female seeds...why remove them before they're mature enough to be usable?

If you keep removing the female parts (calyx's, developing seeds...) she'll just get worse. Is this the only female in your growroom?
