I don't remember reading anything about freezing and thawing and freezing again ruining urine.
I would buy an adulteration home test, but the test was such short notice I didn't have time. I was told with 24 hours notice. I have actually used thawed and refrozen urine up to 3 thaws (To get enough to pour into the 2oz bottle). I didn't even think about how I had to thaw it every time to get enough for the tests. So, I have to go in about 2 hours and I'm defrosting now.

To get to the point, I am wondering if the urine changes properties as it freezes and is defrosted??? If I defrosted 2ozs. and refroze within 2 hours is that urine still good to use?
