Maybe I was a bit confused when I made my first post. Are you saying that the plants are ten days old, as in ten days from the moment they broke the soil; or are we talking about ten days from when you moved the seedlings under the brighter lights?

In ten day's time I have had plants grow a good 6 inches and already start to branch out, although I don't move the seedlings out of the propigation dome until they have their first set of true leaves.

Although, ten days from the moment that the seedling breaks the surface I would expect to see... not much really.

So yeah, what the guys above me said.

Hey, I am growing 4 unknown seeds that I got out of a bag using a 4ft flouro anbd about 4 26 watt cfl's> the plants are about 10 days old and are already growing side branched from each nodes. also one of the plants is about 5 inches tall already and its stem has already taken the form of a stick lol. is this secondary growth normal at such an early stage? ive grown plants before and they didnt start doing this until about the 4th-5th week of veg Rating: 5
