First Time Growing
I've been searching around and can't find really anybody from Wisconsin. I have really no clue what to do. what seeds to buy, and really anything about growing outside. I would try growing inside but it's out of the question. So can somebody help me. Yes I have looked through the stickies and stuff but their really confusing.

Well what would be an easy strain to grow I have from about the end of April tell Mid Sept for a growing time? I have no clue what kind of nutrients to use or any of that and I can't really start the plants inside.

Maybe try some Northern Lights or Big Bud or Skunk or G13 Labs Northern Lights X Skunk. You just have to do a little research. Everything your asking is covered on these forums somewhere but I'm not going to link every single thread. I like to research hardcore until I get my own sense of things and formulate MY OWN plan derived from many sources. There is no 1 single clear way to grow MJ. Everyone puts their own touch to their methods. You won't learn until you try.

I've been looking around but its hard to interpret stuff. I narrowed down to Northern Lights or Mountain Mist they both seem very appealing to what I'm looking to do but I also like White Widow and THC Bomb. What really confuses me is the fertilizer stuff and I've been reading through stuff but it confuses when I should use and how much and that stuff I understand most of other stuff that I need to know except that.

as far as fertilizers go, it depends on what stage of plant life that you are in. there are 3 major (macro) nutrients needed by plants. they are nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K). the three numbers you see on a box/bottle of fert are listed as such: N-P-K. this is the amounts of each in the product.
if you are in the vegatative phase then you need something high in nitrogen and potassium and low in phosphorus.
if you are in the flowering phase then you need something high in phosphorus and lower in nitrogen and potassium.
there are also calcium (Ca), sulphur (S) and magnesium (Mg). these are called micro nutrients. they usually are contained in most plant foods but check the label.
and then you have what are called trace elements, also usually found in the food of your choice but not always. the trace elements are boron (B), copper (Cu), molybdenum (Mo), zinc (Zn), iron (Fe) and maganese (Mn).
there you have it.

Thank you I also read the Journal/Tutorial at the top of this page and it helped so much. I hope to order some seeds here pretty quick and I have some that might grow already but I'll see what happens with those because my growing season is still at least 2 months away.
