Ex-presidents of Latin America urge legal marijuana
WOW! I never thought that FHC (Fernando Henrique Cardoso) would support the decriminalization of weed... of course he did smoke it when he was young, as he was that kind of intellectual/rebell/against the government during the 60-70's brasilian dictatorship, and he was even arrested (but not because of weed) if im not mistaken... but as he got old he got also very conservative... thats how he managed to be elected president... anyway, that are good news indeed and i hope everything go OK and they decriminalize it! :rastasmoke:
