nonfat, low fat diet?
what if u went on a low to non-fat diet over the course of our detox time? thc is fat and oil soluble, the metabolytes are stored in the body fat. if one was to go on a diet limiting his or herself to low fat or non fat foods, would that help cut off the storage points? if one was to eat fatty foods, how would it affect the period of time for which the metabolytes are stored? anyone see where im goin with this? any ideas or suggestions?

nonfat, low fat diet?
My understanding (though it may be inaccurate, so you may not want to take this as gospel) is that eating fat on an ongoing basis will help your body to recycle fat cells and create new ones - but eat healthy fats that your body can burn (unsaturated, omega-3, etc). So if you have a lot of time (weeks) to abstain before a test, eating healthy fats can help the body eliminate fat-associated toxins more efficiently.
But a few days before a test it's my understanding that one should refrain from eating fats - and eat more carbs as they trigger the body to store fat (and thereby not release fat-associated metabolites like THC into the urine).
I'm bumping this in hopes of finding a "real" answer to this question.
Any physiologists, nutritionists, etc in here?
Related items:
1. Exercise - how long before the test should one cease exercising? Or does it not matter?
2. Try D-Glucarate and PhytoBiotic (a goldenseal blend) to increase clearance in the liver. Can anybody substantiate or debunk this advice?
Thanks!
