A general guideline for TDS levels is as follows: seedlings = 50-150 ppm; unrooted clones = 100-350 ppm; small plants = 400-800 ppm; large plants = 900-1800 ppm; last week of flowering = taper off to plain water
strain of weed does come into play this is a guideline

What VapedG13 said... give it more time. I'm just trying an aeroponic cloner (same principle) and beginning to see roots at 8 days.
Based on what I've read, you're water seems a bit on the acidic side, you may want to shoot for 6.3 and your temperature looks to be right on.
Patience!!

i don't have any experience using rooting gels myself, but i can tell you that for an aero set up AN Jumpstart is a good product because its a liquid rather than a gel. you can imagine yourself how a liquid rooting solution would be more practical in your system - it's concentrated right into the water and doesn't get washed off like the gel.

I rooted some clones a few weeks back and they took about 10 or 11 days to start growing roots in a bubbler. As long as they look quite healthy it should be alright, give them time.

I could buy my weed off the streets, but the government say that would help fund terrorism....
So I will grow my own and save the world! :hippy:

I clone in a homemade bubble cloner with 10 neoprene collars. I dip in rootech gel. I have a near 100% success rate, but I usually do not see root formation until day 9-11. I leave them in the collars for 21 total days, by then the 5 strongest come out and go into 3.5 inch netpots of hydroton in a 4 plant dwc 18 gallon veg tub, and then one 5 gallon bucket. (I do 4 querkle in scrog per bucket, and in the middle i have 1 c99xbb in a 5 gallon that goes in the middle of the 2 tubs in my 2x 400 watt hps flower room.) in 3.5 inch netpots of hydroton. I clone under floros either t8 fixtures or off to the side of a 110 watt 75 2 ft fixture i have over a veg tub. Decent ambient light is all they really need to root. I also keep the water temp in the res at 72ish with a small aquarium heater. When i first started cloning, all these cloning machine makers claimed "roots in 3 days!" I do not think that is for MJ, maybe some flower or veg? I usually see new vegetative growth start really kicking in by day 28 from cutting, which is when it gets full nutes. Usually when it has a couple nodes worth of solid new growth. After theat however long you veg is up to you!

I put clones in to a solution at about 750ppm and I have 100% success, but like everyone else said it takes about 10 days to root maybe 6-7 if I'm lucky.

Depends on the plant to, i reckon. My big bud plants took almost 3 weeks to sprout roots, but when it did... ohh boy.
I have another strain (unknown but really sweet) what i just put in the bubble cloner and it only took about 3-4 days for the first roots to spring up.
I use Olivia's when i first snip em, then Botanicare's Power Cloner liquid in the water. This stuff works wonders... But then again, im a huge fan of Botanicare's product line.. a lil expensive, but always high quality. works in small doses, and if used properly (its pretty powerful) has wonderful results.
