After rereading his apology, he never out and out said he smoked pot, just that he regretted his behavior. Now the headline grabbing sheriff gets a chance to make the news again, by arresting college students associated with a picture. I do hope that *most* of these kids get a good lawyer who will have this case thrown out. The guy who took the pic, and the one who tried to sell the bong can rot as far as I'm concerned.
