Busted on Christmas

So I go to sleep on Christmas eve wake up a couple hours later to cops banging on my door. Before i can even realize whats happening, their busting the door down at 1am in the morning on Christmas. They took 5 tiny plants and one cola bud I harvested(smoked the rest of the harvest)

I'd just like to get some insight on moving to a legal state, and warn others of the #1 rule i broke, TELL NO ONE. Not even you're little brother. I was growing for my brother, he has epilepsy and it was actually starting to help his seizures. Thats probably why they went easy on us, we both got the same charges basically. Some community service, fines, and 2yrs non reporting probation.

I really want to know if i can get these misdemeanors expunged and if so, when?

I just read a 100 page thread about a guy who got busted with 27 plants 4days before 420, who's growing again with a med card while on probation. I think i'm gonna try to hit him up and see what he can tell me about it.

If anyone can recommend areas in legal states where the cops are not interested in busting down 150grams of marijuana, that would be great. :rastasmoke:

wow thats harsh man sorry to hear. Let it be a learning experience though, did you ever find out probable cause or if they had a warrant? If so, were they looking for your plants because of someone you told telling?
