I'm with ya Bman. Banning someone for excessive sillyness is just plain idiotic. It's obviously an issue of personal taste, not serious misconduct.

What we have here is abuse of power. I didn't see any large scale complaints about penguin. Nobody asked for him to be banned, yet there are plenty of other twerps and assholes who have done stupid shit, have been pointed out to the mods, and yet nothing happens to them.
