10 liters is what...2 1/2 gallons or so? A tad small for finishing a plant this large.
Even if you do things exactly the same, you will likely have slightly different results. Different nutes, different schedules, different soil...and different strains. As time goes on, you'll get to know your strain(s) better, and will learn to adjust.
Some folks like to transplant a couple of weeks into 12/12, I usually do so at the switch, or at least within the first week, but have gotten lazy and had to do so a few weeks into 12/12. Slows bud formation, but she rapidly recovers.

During flower, you'll want to let her have some footroom. Pot size isn't a really good way to restrict growth, either. (you can put a 20 pound fish, in a 10 gallon fish tank, but it won't thrive) That's a sativa dom, isn't it? How tall was she when you put her into 12/12 ? A general rule-of-thumb...sativa doms can tripple their size, or more.

Technically, you are growing and caring for a pot of roots. Flowers (buds) are the by-product of those efforts.

Next time, perhaps you can look into the low-stress method of twisty-tie training (bending and tying-back the growing shoots), topping or fimming, early introduction to 12/12...

How much headroom does she have available between lights and plants?
