hey everyone-

before the site crashed, some of you may remember headshake and i discussing the possibility of a user-created troubleshooting form.

since all my posts are lost and my flash drive went tits-up, i think an open thread to take suggestions and input would be good.

so, whatever you think could improve stinky's already-awesome form, please post and be part of it.
