It doesn't make any sense, to me. I have taken a cutting off a plant AFTER harvesting it, and it takes at least TWICE as long to get any roots, and in 90% of those, you get a clone that is in flowering. Then you get weird leaves growing on it for a month or two until they revert to the vegg state. It's not a good option

That is pretty much what I tried to tell him. He was just trying to jump the gun. We have a papaya mother that has come back to veg slow in perilte and needs 6 clones to come off so it will bush more. We have time enough. He just needs to slow his roll.
