I agree the laws need to be changed here in Wash. again, and they will. Its just all the focus is being put on the budget right now. Which is a perfect time to focus on the growing of hemp here.

In large metropolitan area's Multi jurisdictional drug task forces target mid to upper level drug dealers. In less populated regions the task forces end up targeting mid to upper and street level offenders.
The task forces that raided me in King County were West Net from Kitsap County and TNET from tacoma.TNET is the major organized crime unit.
Selling clones and pot is illegal.Just because King County task forces don't come after you doesn't mean another task force from another jurisdiction can't...
Sure the co ops can do good things ..but it is not in the law and time is winding down on them.Law enforcement can insert a mole (two were used in cannaclone) and swoop in for the records of all the participants and the rico investigation is on.
The New Mexico drug task forces cant do squat except sit back and let legal registered growers sell to patients with immunity under 885 D.Washington State needs that system badly.

I am on OPRC member & got my card through them. they are still working out a few minor bugs but I am pleased with them.
I found Jeremy & his staff to be very good people & spent several hours with them the day I got my card. The center was quite crowded that day & I got to meet a lot of nice folks in the waiting room.
The doctor was one of the best I have ever been to, he has an extensive background in sports medicine, which is a boon to me with my spinal injury.
Dont think it is too easy though, the doctor spent about 1/2 the visit grilling me on my medical history, all the time taking notes, I thought I was on trial but I figure he was covering all his bases.
The only downside is the need of more reading material in the waiting room but that is easily fixing

Just remember clubs and Co-Ops are not mentioned in the WA laws.
Feel Free to send you information to any of the links, just don't believe you will have any legal defense when they get busted and your name is found on their hard-drive.
Stay Legal!!!
GROW YOUR OWN, OR DESIGNATE A PROVIDER!!!
one that is protected under the current laws.

How could you possibly of got an OK for MMJ from the VA?
I've got friends that have tried and were told in no uncertain terms that if they popped positive for MJ they were out of there.

My friends that got the MMJ card from the 38th and Pacific location went down to the Olympia Center for Growing classes....the CLASSES WERE FREE and when they finished the classes (3 lessons) the person giving the instructions/teacher gave them 4 clones/starts for free:thumbsup:
The only thing they had to buy was the lights dirt & fert....there are good clone strains available to MMJ patients in Washington that cost them nothing:hippy:
