how to ph up your soil?

Did you use a soil ph test kit, or did you test the runoff with a ph pen?

    Which nutes?
    What's your ingoing water ph?
    Do you give any additives?
How long have the ladies been in that soil?

All of this will affect run-off ph. With only a few points difference, tiz likely easier to tweak the water ph, than it is to dial-in adjustments to the soil.

how to ph up your soil?

Ahhh...the dreaded solubles. I've only used the Cha Ching, (1/2 of the indicated dilution as an additive, not the stand-alone dilution) which I only apply late-stage, when the plant is mature enough to better handle the excess, and only once a week. I don't feel a desire to use the Open Sesame, as they eventually do it on their own. Not sure about the Beastie Bloomz, but I use Botanicare Sweet.

Would definatelly stop the powders till at least the 4th or 5th week of flower, and only if healthy. I've found it best to go half strength (or so) with the Big Bloom during flower.

Do you have the Fox Farms schedule from their website?

Hmmm...maybe this would be better. This is what I do in general. Sativa's get a little less Tiger Bloom, but everything else is good for both my indicas and sativas.

    Transplant and switch to 12/12.

    Weeks 1 thru 4:
Monday - add 1 quart plain ph'd water to the plant. (if larger than a 3 gallon pot, ok to add 2 quarts) While waiting for it to soak-in, mix 1/2 dilution of the Tiger Bloom, and 1/4 the dilution of Big Bloom. Add to plants till slight run-off. Try and remember how much it took to run-off. Comes in handy, as you can gauge how much you'll need to mix, in the future.
Thursday - 1 quart plain ph'd water to the plant. While waiting for it to soak-in, mix 1/2 dilution of the Tiger Bloom, and 1/4 the dilution of Big Bloom. Add to plants till slight run-off. (no need for additional micronutes, as the Fox Farm nutes already have 'em)

    Week 5 to finish:
Monday - add 1 quart plain ph'd water, Mix 1/2 dilution of the Tiger Bloom, and 1/4 the dilution of Big Bloom. 1/4 the indicated mix of Cha-Ching. (1/8th tsp per week, is what I give...I think. If otherwise, I'll come back and correct) Small dollop of molasses, a dash of Botanicare Sweet. Add to plants till slight run-off.
Thursday - 1 quart plain water, Mix 1/2 dilution of the Tiger Bloom, and 1/4 the dilution of Big Bloom. Add to plants till slight run-off.
Keep an eye on the ladies after introduction of the solubles. Use them only once a week, till you get to know them. If ladies are showing signs of stress, stop the Open Sesame, as they'll flower soon enough anyway.

    Monthly, on a feeding day:
Flush with at least one to two times the pot's volume with ph'd water, to help release the salts Fox Farms is famous for. Add nutrient solution as usual, in the last 1/2 gallon or so.

3 or 4 days before harvest...flush well, no more nutes till harvest.

As far as the solubles, I have a water well, and it comes out of the tap at 8.0 ph. Since I use phosphoric acid to lower it to 6.8 I have problems using too much of the high-phosphorous mixes. Your results may vary a little, but this has worked for me for quite some time.
This presents a problem with helping you adjust ph up, because I've only ever had to bring it down, not raise it. Sorry. (I can guess how...just not how much) But guesses get me in trouble, so I'll stick with what I know, lol.

    Hope this helps...

Just a couple of points too low, and it will sink over time. (peat-based mixes always do) Keeping the ph between 6.3 and 6.8 is best.

There are ph up drops (general hydroponics has one) available to raise water ph. Do not use an aquarium ph adjuster. And of course there's lime for the soil. But like I said, you'd be better served getting the info from someone experienced in raising the soil ph.

If you can't find the info online, would mix 1 tablespoon lime in the 3 or 5 gallon pot of soil (without the plant) and test for the results. Adjust as necessary.
