Dear President Barrack Obama Dear President Barrack Obama my plea, plz keep your word and allow us our medicine under strict guidelines and stop the DEA from subverting state laws , we do need strict guidelines & control , as medical marijuana in California is out of control and mostly criminals have taken over dispensaries and patients do not have safe affordable access too medicine.
