Dear President Barrack Obama Dear President Barrack Obama my plea, plz keep your word and allow us our medicine under strict guidelines and stop the DEA from subverting state laws , we do need strict guidelines & control , as medical marijuana in California is out of control and mostly criminals have taken over dispensaries and patients do not have safe affordable access too medicine. I myself have not had safe affordable access in two years. I have all but given up on MMJ,as a result I will be stuck on Rating: 5
