Help I'm a newb and I don't want to screw this up!
I would stick with the white walls myself unless you get some TRUE mylar. The wrinkles and creases in the space blanket will create hot spots and can cause problems. Also if 2 walls are one thing and other 2 are something else you wont have a uniform light reflection going on and the area will not have the same amount of light across the grow space.
tinytoon Reviewed by tinytoon on . Help I'm a newb and I don't want to screw this up! After putting it off for about a month I'm finally a week away from starting my grow. I think I have everything I need, but I don't want to start this and realize I'm missing something important. I recently came across two of those "space blankets" that come in first aid kits. As far as I can tell they're mylar, so they would be better than just the white walls in my closet now, right??? But they do have wrinkles and creases so I don't know if the light will get reflected evenly and such.
