Basically, I've heard a lot of talk here and elsewhere about taking action etc.
So far I haven't seen a single plan go through. Why?
If we want to get rid of the stereotype we have to take action.

I think we should all post ideas we have in this thread.
Someone said we should come up with a slogan.
Also we need some NEW ideas, not just keep doing marches, that's been happening for decades and still no change; not really anyway.

I've been thinking, and this is just a sort of half-asleep epiphany that I want t get peoples ideas on. But we could use some sort of reverse psychology.
Instead of fighting the drug laws we will just have a mass movement of non-action. If everybody just said "you're right, we're gonna stop smoking", the governments, narcs etc. might eventually just stop putting any effort into enforcing the laws since they believe it's not a threat anymore. Obviously this would mean people would have to get off their asses and tell their smoking buddies this is happening.

In theory it could work. What do you guys think?
Don't just tell me what you think of this, tell me your ideas too. Think hard.

I like the idea, but doubt it would work.
For one: people like myself use MJ for relief of medical conditions, and therefore would become more ailed by stopping.
However, in theory only, your idea is great. I dig how your mind works by posting ideas, concepts, and theories rather than gossip and bullshit.
Personally: I've always had fantasies of gathering all the "heads" in the universe, and organizing a HUGE "light it up" ceremony on the same day, at the same time, (i.e. April 20th, at 4:20 pm) and what could law enforcement really do at that point? There would be far too many millions of people breaking the "law". (quotations are intentional)

That's a good idea too. No doubt more something that tokers would go for haha
But then, why hasn't that happened already? Maybe we need to find the reason for why these plans never go through. One thing I can think of is laziness. The other would be fear of being caught because no one else goes through with it.

So maybe we could discuss reasons these things never happen and how we can fix it.
I'm stuck for ideas on how to fix it. We would probably need a year or so of getting every user on Earth to know about it and need a signal or something of whether you're partaking or not. Like say in the city a few people step outside for lunch, do some signal, then the people near you will know they have backup. It would need to become a 4:20 like thing though, very well known.

then show all the different uses of cannabis such as diesel fuel in them 60mile+ diesl cars and a theme of renewable resource so no more fluxuating fuel prices on limited fossil fuels because theres not really a limit on cannabis.

They say Obama won because of his use of the internet (I have my own opinion) regardless let say it is so: Oh first, I've been rofl at these, but they are really great, guess it is my meds!!! Anyway, I wonder if we could get nrml of every state that has one distribute the posters. Hell with being quiet about it, hack into Obama's web sites for election (he is using them for informing people at coffee clatches or the same thing again). So, the notice goes out with it.

I don't think I know one person that wouldn't do it! Even if they don't have pot, they can get some of that legal bud crap stuff. My best friends daughter's bf smokes a lot of pot and switches to legal bud and really likes it.

What some dumbass bring out a hooka for 16 and think he is 16 people and light up the entire friggin forest's!!! Then we sit and pray it misses our gardens and any medical guerilla grows. Cannacom and us!

Then is there is any higher life up there all our blaizing will stoke um so much they come down and visit and we save a great deal of money on space travel to put in to cannabis diesel fuel and lcd brings in a Trojan horse full of stoners waiting to overcome the Washington Mall, they trip and fall down the stairs and are too stones to stand up and not enough dea left to arrest one of them. They are toking so damn much you can't see the White House and then all of a sudden we have World Peace cause the Prez has all the world leaders there getting loaded from the secondhand pot!

Yes, I sure am in: One way or another! For sure! In the meantime, let us each one start something in our own area's. Even if it is a grow marijuana information hour weekly and invite educate people about it. Then have some clubs to grow and the more we feel comfortable to not be arrested or stoned to death no one pays any attention.

On 'The View' Whoopie Goldburg said people walk all over Central Park smoking joints and no one does anything. That is a damn good start! Ahh! another idea--import New Yorkers!! P/R

We still need a reall good slogan. start a thread about 'Slogan for legalization" or Anti-Prohibition
