Quick question about watering (first time grow)

I am at the stage you are currently at... this is my first grow and I have 2 CFL's going with 3 plants just like yourself in a very small 1.5ftx2ft box...

I'll be watching this thread very closely and will try to mimic or non mimic your results... good luck.

Thanks for the advice rambler. I poked a few holes in the bottom of each cup, but haven't poked any in the sides, so i will try that here soon. Besides that though, everything looks to be doing A-Okay!

Oh yeah, i'll def. try to avoid over loving my plant so she can just grow how nature intended

Quick question about watering (first time grow)

While it's not absolutely needed for plant growth, investing in some nutrients probably would be a good idea. I completed the majority of my veg cycle without the benefit of nutes, invested in the Technaflora recipe for success starter kit, and couldn't believe how much an impact the nutes had. I wish I had been feeding them nutes the whole time, rather that just twice before throwing them into flower (I'm 4 days in at this point)

Quick question about watering (first time grow)

Yeah, i have been searching around on different threads and noticed that a lot of people use nutes for their plants. Where could i get some good nutes though? And how much do they typically run? Do you know if lowes has any good nutes i could pick up for a reasonable price? I would love to start feeding my plants with them.

Quick question about watering (first time grow)

I'll take a shot at this, though I'll warn you I'm on my first go round myself - just about a month and a half ahead of you. For nutes try to find a local hydroponics store - most major cities have at least one. If you can track one down it would be to your benefit - as the people who work there tend to be highly knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction - just don't be so foolish as to discuss what you are growing.

If you cannot find a hyrdo store-Cannabis FAQs / FAQ , Recipes, Medical Marijuana This has just about everything you need to know. When the boards were down for about a month, this is what I used. Look up the different Teas- it's like making your own organic nutes. I didn't get around to doing it myself, but clearly there are those who swear by it.

Let me specify- look up Guano Tea. It's under Nutrients, about a quarter of the way down the page

Quick question about watering (first time grow)

Dude just go to the Fox Farm website (FoxFarm Soil & Fertilizer Company) and check out there feeding schedule. most Hydro stores have the 3pack of the grow big, tiger bloom, and big bloom, that's most of all you need for feed. there soil is also top. all I use is Fox Farm.

Quick question about watering (first time grow)

Hey guys thanks for the advice on some nutes that i could make or head down to the hydro store and pick some up. I'm thinking of just going down to the hydro store next time i get some cash and pick up some nutrients. Although the guano tea would be nice to make, i think it would end up taking longer to get the actual ingredients together to make it. What are some good nutes you can find at a hydro store? ie. (Name brands?)

Quick question about watering (first time grow)

Hey guys, i actually have decided that i'm gonna pick up the 3 pack of liquid fertilizer at my local hydro store hopefully today *Crosses fingers*

How much impact will these fertilizers have on my end yeild? Anyone who swears by these three liquid fertilizers? They look like a good deal, and not too expensive to buy. If anyone has any good feed back on these products i'm all ears. Hell, even if you have these three and don't like them i would like to know why. Thanks guys!
