First Grow, Log one
Read around there is lots of information in the threads here try FAQ in the grow forum.
With a few cfl lights you should be able to raise a pot plant to flower. The soil is important.
For a premix soil you could find a potting soil without the time released nutrients. To mix your own usually you'd need pro mix (which is a peat moss base) composted manure, perlite and vermiculite.
I start with a plain potting soil like Hyponex, add a little more of everything like composted manure, worm castings, perlite, vermiculite, peat moss and lime. Other things people may add would be bone meal, blood meal, bat guana, humic acid...it's a recipe.Shovelhandle Reviewed by Shovelhandle on . First Grow, Log one Hello everyone, I have a few questions... This plant is about 2-3 1/2 weaks old now. Should it be only this big? So far Im doing the light scheduals sort of random, Atleaste till I get a timer. But Im trying to keep it at 18/6. Though I sometimes am off give or take a couple hours. Theres a little yellowing on the bottom leaf you can see in the picture, Doesn't the bottom leafs turn yellow and fall off, Is this normal. I don't have much money for a ph testing kit and all the things. Rating: 5
