So I feel like just giving up on this. No one really wants to answer to my questions, Im so irritaited today, That I really feel like giving up.
I whent to the local home depot today, To buy some more potting soil.
But no luck. I couldnt find the blood meal or bone meal. All I found was blood meal and bone meal flower feeder.
So this is my next question.
Why isn't my plant getting very big.
I got FOUR-4- 23 Watt Soft white cfls.
Do I need a higher wattage?
What brands of soil have a good ph lvl, As no one has yet to answer this.
And what can I buy for nutrients, Like what brands.
Please some one answer this.If the people dont have a revolution every ten years, Against the government. They will take over like wolfs -Thomas Jefferson

Start over. Already told you.
Your plant has undergone wrong lighting, worng soil, you got like a 5 gallon pot full of seed starter soil. Go buy some organic soil, check the nute levels on the package, start you seedling in a smaller cup and do this thing called "transplanting", I'm sure you can google it.
Get rid of you current plant, just let it go, it is not going to make and this abuse set it back quit a bit. Not worth the time and effort.
Do some research, apparently you grew outside in the past, after reading your old posts it seems like you should have some common knowledge with horticulture. Do some research, we are not here to hold your hand and teach you ropes, you get out of it what you put in.

I'm sorry In my last couple post, If I came off as a spoon feeding moron.
I'm going to take your advice, As you have way more experince than me.
I know nothing about indoor growing, But rather I'm used to out door growing.
Tonight I'm going to go buy all the correct stuff I need and start over.
I was looking at walmart today, I found a 30 Qt bag Of Mirical Grow Organic Soil.
Would Mirical Grow Organic Soil work well?
What should the nutrients on the package be?
What Fertizliars should I pick up while I'm out at the store.
And do I need to buy more cfls, Maybe a differnt kind other than soft white.
Or a higher wattage cfls?
If you can answer my questions Id really appreciate it.If the people dont have a revolution every ten years, Against the government. They will take over like wolfs -Thomas Jefferson

Hi killer,
I'm new to indoor growing myself (but damm good at vegetables!) but I'll help out if I can?
It realy was a good idea to start again!
You want to get some cool white bulbs 23w or 26w would be fine. If you have ebay access that would be the easiest way (you are right that some packs dont have the kelvin output on) do an ebay search for 6500k and see what it comes up with. One bulb per plant would suffice for the start then add one of the bulbs you already have (this is a 1:3 ratio of light as suggested for my grow by goldengraham84) add more bulbs the more they grow, at different levels to make sure all leaves get some.
Miricle grow compost would be fine too, I only used generic brand compost and some of my own compost from the heap with some peat as I dont have any perlite (+ a little grit as to not impede drainage - not sure if this is nessessary though)
You shouldn't need any nutes for a while if your using a good compost and I couldn't advise on what nutes either. (I am using Babybio plant feed, not sure if they do that where you are from? it is NPK 10.6-4.4(1.9 soluable in water)-1.7 )
Get some smaller pots as already suggested. but have some bigger ones ready to transplant because you don't want the plants to become pot bound (just like any other plant)
have a hygrometer/thermometer and a fan ready too.
get some litmus paper (its very cheap on ebay) to test the pH of the water + of the nute/water mix when you get to it.
erm can't think of anything else yet?
Hope that was some help?
peace.

Okay thanks for the input.
But If I don't mix other stuff, Would just the Organic mirical grow work.
I'm kind of straped on money, And many places here dont have all the fancy soils. So I'm just going to buy suplies as I go along.
For the Cfls, Should they be 6500k per bulb, Because I added up the lumens of all my bulbs and its over 6500k.
Whats the differnece between Soft white and cool white?
Ain't they sort of the same.
Cause the package didnt really specifiy much.
However someone above mentioned that the bulbs I have would work fine.
I thought higher wattage would be better?
Am I wrong, Cause I was going to go pick up Some 65 watt Cool white bulbs tonight, And They come in a four Pack.
65 watts X 4 Bulbs = 260 Watts totall.
Would 260 watts be to much?If the people dont have a revolution every ten years, Against the government. They will take over like wolfs -Thomas Jefferson

You are confusing lumens with kelvins. They are different things (6500K - K = Kelvins.)
I'm pretty sure the bulbs you have are 2700k as most normal CFL lights are. These bulbs are good - for the flowering stage. But still use ONE of those for the veg stage. You do NEED the 6500k bulbs for veg - yes each bulb would be 6500k there is no math involved adding the bulbs together and it has nothing to do with the wattage either.
Are the bulbs you have 65watt equivalent? (actual wattage somewhere around 13watts?) If so - You will need more eventually. If they are Actually 65watts each they have an equivalent of around 300-400watts each, making them bulbs fine.

Well none of the packages really said the kelvin color.
So I'm going to go to the hydro shop and talk to the guy.
I must of set at walmart for 30 minutes looking in the isles and found nothing.
The Cfls I have are only 23 watts a piece, And I have four of them.
If you could send me a picture that shows where the kelvin color is on a populare brand of cfls sold almost every where, Id greatly appreciate it. Because Ive searched every box from back to front and there nothing about kelvin color. Half of them didn't even state the lumens in the bulbs.
However, Last night I picked up a digital Ph tester.
A 30 Qt Bag Of Mirical Grow Organic Soil.
And Some Root Hormon Solution,
Some Dixie Cups.

Sometimes the packets won't say - The makers don't have to. In my experience of generic or branded CFL's (Sold for general house lighting) they seem to be the 2700k type.
I have found this picture, Kelvin colour I was hoping to find a 'real' picture of various kelvin rated CFL's but i could only find this CG picture.
It gives you the jist of it anyway. The lower the Kelvin rating the yellower it appears, the higher the Kelvin the "whiter/bluer" they look. so you should be able to estimate your bulbs if it doesn't say. You want the white looking ones for veg.
I dont think you need the rooting hormones, they are used for cuttings (clones). but useful if you are going to clone.
23watt bulbs are fine, the more you have the merrier the plants. Its just the kelvins you need to get right

Thanks for the input.
So I examined the package very closesly.
And they are infact 2700k .
So I need to go buy some differnt ones in a couple days.
These ones will work for flowering though?
I am going to take some clones, Thats why I picked up the rooting hormons.
