No...it's just the sheriff busting those stupid enough to be caught breaking the law. The fact remains...cannabis use and distribution is against federal law, and some state laws. The sheriff didn't photoshop the pictures. He has not tried to frame Phelps and friends. But you expect a law enforcement official to turn a blind eye under such close national press scrutiny? Likely that was the guiding force behind the arrests. Plus, video and photographic evidence is permissible and will likely be used at the hearings, if they even go that far.

What part of personal responsibility do y'all not understand? Is this where society is headed...? "it's just not fair"... "it's not my fault"..."everyone else is doing it"..."poor me"..."but it's only a little illegal..." ..."it's a bad law, so I won't respect it" are not valid reasons for any argument on this subject, and doubtful it would cary much weight with the judge. They are nothing but excuses for ones own ineptitude. Whining may get you what you want from parents or teachers, but in real life, you just look like a whiner. :jointsmile:
