Hey McT - no more than every 3 days. every 2 days if i have upcoming engagements, i have left them for 4 days before ... they were not pleased. survived and healthy, but not happy.

hey icbh707 glad you are back! i will be moving to 1000s (i think) in early september, so basically for the fall / winter. i'd def be interested in hearing about your set up. i would LOVE to have a cooltube and a 400W instead right now, but, since i'm taking down these boxes in 2 months or so, it's not worth it.

hey eviltrees, hope everything is going with your CFL grow! you will get to see how nice they look in a few minutes here ...

i think HPS are the better bulb, but it is definitely less forgiving (heat, light intensity, etc), so it is taking time to dial in. i feel like i have it under control now so that is a good thing. i'll try to stop by your log later on, take care man!
