detox time..

hey.. 21, weigh 160, fast metabolism, 6ft.. i know thc metabolytes have a halflife of 7days.. but I've been smoking often for the past 4-5 yrs.. however within the year i've limited myself to a max of 2 'bowl' packs a day, with an exception of 1 or 2 'joints' or 'blunts' a week, max.. how long would one expect a person of my build to come clean on the tests if they quit cold turkey? and if there were any interruptions how would it affect the detox-- like, would the entire thing 'start over' or jus get 'set back'???

I would say at least 21 days. After that test yourself daily and use dilution. It may take 30 days. Read the sticky on dilution. If you look enough on the web you can find test strips for about 2 bucks each.
