Cannabis for increased appetite
hey way to go on losing the weight. that is all good. my doctor put me on a very clean diet and it is easy and really works. stay away from processed food, expecially stuff in boxes and sugar. eat a large serving of veggies and a "hand" sized portion of protein at every meal - or a couple of eggs. only whole fruit and no juice - good fiber, then add in a handful of raw nuts. sounds boring, but it starts to taste really good. you can buy frozen veggies in a bag and just throw them in the pan with some water, cook a few minutes add some butter and salt - yum. you can cook a piece of meat and use it for two meals - it doesn't take much protien. keeps the blood sugar level too.

After my parents moved away about a year ago I had some serious lifestyle changes going on and I took the opportunity to lose a good deal of weight, and I found out that I enjoyed not eating more than I enjoyed eating. Oops. I wasn't counting calories at first, but after a couple months I started feeling kinda weird, and I added up the numbers for a typical day and it was between 900 and 1500 calories when I should have been getting about 3300 if I wanted to Rating: 5
