Maybe I should start eating yogurt. Update.. I think I have reached a healthy weight now. I actually wasn't wanting to gain weight, just hit the brakes on my weight loss. Now I weigh 230 down from 340 with a waist size of 36 down from 56. My height is 6'1". Now I want to hang right here for a while. I don't want to keep losing anymore until I see a doctor. I also am currently between employment opportunities so I am not smoking the herb. I have my fingers crossed that I will eat enough. Today I've had half a batch of cornbread, two cups of cooked lentils, nachos, doritos, a jalapeno sausage and a frozen coffee (blech!) from a gas station, a quart of Kool-Aid and about a quart of whole milk. Obviously I'm not on any special eating plan. When people ask how I lose so much weight I just tell them it's from not eating much and working my ass off in the kitchen all day.
