You are eating pretty good, just not enough. Eggs-protein; green beans-fiber, vits, etc and corn-starch (or use a potato for bulk)-bake it in the micro. Take vitamins and minerals for your age.

Was it your parents that you couldn't grow because of? Now you can, right?

When I am intentionally trying to lose wt. I tend to skip meals. Too much trouble for a few bites to cook. So, my mmj helps with that and I will use it for that reason. In fact, I keep some sative around just for that purpose and to elevate my mood. Reminds me, it is time to order my NCDG for my grow now.

Working and cooking for one is time consuming! Good luck to ya! P/R
