    Up in a tree?

What do you guys think of this idea?

There's a big woods out the back of my house, if I were to start hide water in a tree now and build/camoflage supports, would there be any problem with growing in pots up a tree for the summer?

I was thinking of maybe 2/3 full size in a tree and lots of lowryders dotted around the place on the ground

    Thanks

    Up in a tree?

    I've thought of that

Im only thinking about a tree after trying to find somewhere suitable for the last 3 years and not finding one.

Not much free land left in Ireland! And I dont mind climbing a tree once in a while.

Any chance u can grow indoors?

If u have to grow outside, how will plants in a tree get proper light,or are they dead trees.

Cant at the mo, back livin with parents. 400 Watt lamp just sittin there! Its a shame. My brain is hungry for food too...

Im talking for the summer here, no way could I grow in Ireland now. I can decide where I want them on the tree now and just keep that area trimmed so they will be good light on the set place in the tree...that's the plan anyway. Have it facing the right way and trim the tree.

Who's gonna look/climb up a tree for what might be cannabis?

This is why many people grow indoors.

Since you live in someone else's home thats not possible. So the only "responsible" thing for you to do is to get your own place and then go about growing indoors. Always remember loose lips sink ships. Don't trust anyone with something that can put your personal freedom in the scales of justice.

    Up in a tree?

I've heard of ppl growing a few plants in trees before.

I did a quick search and found these tips:

"More sunlight is available near the tops of the trees in dense forest. Ingenious growers use deer/elk hunting stands to grow in trees. They set up a pulley system to lift a large container and potting soil up to sit on the plant stand. Install an irrigation hose from the bottom of the tree directly to the plant. The grower passes by weekly with water and manual or battery operated pump to lift water to the plant high in the tree.

A partner is necessary to work on the ground while the other person works in the tree. Smart growers use a safety line and belt and do not spend more than 4 hours off the ground in one day. Accidents happen to tired climbers."

I did another search, cuz this topic amuses me, and I found this other guy's grow log about how he's growing 7 plants up a 75 ft pine tree.

    Up in a tree?

Old school hippie trick learned from loggers up in NW. 5 gal. buckets with rope tied to bucket not handle and hoisted up into tree canopy.Only have to climb once unless it gets stuck. Hide tie offs well. Can work from ground have only seen this done with 5-10 plants. Good luck oh and make sure they wont fall on anything.
