it's a shame when someone gets ripped off, whether intentionally or not ... BUT, you have to look at all sides, here ... let's say YOU sell seeds to complete strangers (not to mention, at intense legal risk) and, some of these strangers tell you, your seeds were 'no good' ... they also tell you they have many years of experience, and YOUR seeds are the worst ever ... :wtf: ...

OK, so, are you going to give more seeds, or cash, back to these people ? ... well, if you suspect your seeds were questionable, you damned sure should, refund or replace ... absolutely ... BUT, if you know you sent good, viable, quality seeds, what are ya gonna do ? ... just give away all your money, until you're loved by all ?? ... I know a guy (a personal friend, in fact) that couldn't grow a plant, if his life depended on it, and, every problem encountered, is somebody else's fault ... I hear "that clone you gave me was no good, it suddenly died after only one month, couldn't have been my fault, I fertilized it every day", etc., etc. ...

my point is, buying seeds is a 'take your chances' situation ... illegal, no 'truth-in-advertising laws', etc ... only thing we can do, is do business elsewhere, next time (but, a bad experience, is not necessarily the breeder/seedbank's fault) ... good luck
