Hey I just got one year probation for having less then a gram of weed in my pocket. Pretty fucked up right. Well now I am subject to random drug tests. When the judge was listing all the fines I had to pay, I noticed he said a $50 lab fee. Is that any indication to the number of drug tests I have to take? Also, Will I have to take a drug test within the first month? Because I will definitely fail if I do.

u can fail the first....and the 50 dollar fee is probably for EACH test they pop u with...lame...

Yep, sorry man your going to be dry for a while.. although you can technically fail your first one, it looks better to the courts/P.O. if you pass, and that may deter them from testing you again..

Be warned though: They will start testing you MUCH more frequently towards the end of you probation and they often send the random tests around the holidays..

the initial lab fee is for the baseline UA conducted

they test you to see your levels before starting the random UAs so your levels must be lower each time you test.

you pay for the baseline UA and the random ones are free

advice: LOAD UP ON THC FOR THE BASELINE UA

i was given the option of submitting the baseline in jail, but when i found out that a guard had to watch the urine flow from my penis, i couldnt do it and had to goto a private lab myself, and paid $95!

I don't know about loading up on the THC. If it were me I would rather try to dilute and pass any and every test.

If you have a year long probation you can't just be lower every time lol.. by the 3rd month they expect your piss to be spot free clean without ANY thc.. You can't just go into you 1st test blazed, then the 2nd one stoned, then the 3rd high, then the 4th just a little buzzed.. They will throw you in the fudge packing factory hahaha... Just STOP smoking, it only sucks for about 2-3 weeks, but you will live.. Since I've stopped I now run 5 miles after work every day, I have an ed hardy bikini model for a girlfriend (I used to be tooo stoned to talk to girls), and I can now confidently say that the most I'll smoke when I get off probi is like once a week/month.. I love pot, it was my best friend alllll through high school, but you just outgrow it.. you'll be str8 man :thumbsup:

and the great thing about probation is something me and my friends made up called "freaky fridays" hahaha you can go out to the clubs and do a ton of blow on friday night and be clean by monday morning if you have to take a UA

they dont care about the baseline results they just use it as the "line" for the future tests

if your baseline tests is just ridiculously high then the tests after that will be easy to pass, you just need to make sure the levels are going to test lower each time

mpl...i have been told about the baseline thing by my PO also...BUT i must add that if u are still testin positive 2 months after u start probation they WILL hit u with a violation no matter how much the "level" of thc has dropped...


on another subject...u said that when u where in jail they let u go to a lab cause u couldnt pee in front of the cop?!?!?! explain this further please... because if i knew i could get away with just goin to a lab...i would pay extra just for the luxury of not being watched while i pee.. this would make it to where i could always sub my shit...and that would make my life sooooooooo much nicer...
