Labs are very good about picking up diluted samples by means of testing specific gravity levels as well as creatine levels. If them 2 items fall below "acceptable" range then it is classified as a diluted sample. You might be at risk for that since you didn't load up on creatine. The drink may had helped the specific gravity levels but I'm not totally sure on that. I just hope that you didn't get drastic and pound the water/gatorade and lowered the levels even more. With your history you really didn't need much to pass. Keep us posted........
