I emailed the company a couple of times and this is the latest reply;

We are sorry to hear your package still has not arrived. The only way we can send another is if USPS can track the package and prove it was not delivered, and the only way they can do that is if it was insured, but you did not choose that option.

I have spoken with management and there is one other option we can offer you as a one time courtesy.

If you place a new order, including USPS Air mail with insurance, and pay via Western Union transfer, we will then refund your first order less Paypal fees, placing the funds in your Paypal account, and ship out your package as soon as payment is made.

We would essentially be shipping out two Vapirs for the price of one, but we are willing to do that in the name of good customer service. Also since you are paying for insurance this time, the package will be guaranteed delivered.

This offer is valid for the next 30 days, to proceed please reply with the shipping address you would like us to deliver to, and we will email your payment information.
