This is my first post. I chose to post it here, because I can actually speak on this topic with some experience.

It has to be in this order, because when I get the munchies, its for sweets, then salts, then sweets again.

1. Ben & Jerry's Peach Cobbler Ice Cream. Half a Pint.

2. Beef Ramen, add to it 10 drops of Chipotle Smoked Tabasco Sauce. Cook in microwave for 3:30, drain water (almost completely) add beef seasoning packet, add ranch dressing to taste, mix, be amazed.
(Don't even think about eating this unless you're meded. You'll want to kill yourself.)

Do this for a while and you'll gain 20 lbs before you know it.
