I really didnt know where to put this thread since im new around here so yea.

I was just wondering if anyone could inform me on the lifestyle and beleifs of the rasta man.

Haile Selassie is the second coming of christ i know this and that dreadlocks are your identity returning to the natural way of things everyones hair will dread if u just let it go naturally

. I know that Ganja is not smoked to be stoned but to meditate and experience Jah and to become closer to him. I am white and most people say the white man cannot be rasta but Jah makes all things equal and everything in his image so we are all equally perfect everyone of us. But i would just like to know like if u can eat meat that kind of stuff. and please dont call rastafari a religion it is not its a lifestyle. Any information would be appreciated.

Don't take a comb, razor, or scissors to your head. Those are three tools of Babylonian oppression. If your hair dreads naturally it will take years. Cover your hair with a hat of some kind. Eat Ital foods, no pork, no shellfish. Mostly raw food if possible. Finding other Rastas to congregate with has been difficult for me. I think the main point of Rastafari is that every man is his own king and priest. You should avoid falling into the Babylonian mind traps materialism, fame, power. Also don't degrade yourself for another person. Stay out of slavery with Jah's help. Don't mutilate your body, which is your temple. I think these are the main points of Ras Tafari. As far as Haile Selassie is concerned, I think most literature out there puts too big a focus on HIM, when you should be paying more attention to InI.
