Rust spots on leaves

Hey guys,

Entering week 5 of veg on my bubba kush babies. Bubbleponic system.
I've held off the root rot with h2o2 and hygrozyme but the rot raises the pH.
I adjust down from 8.1 to 5.1 then 3 hours later it's back up to 7.5.

Is the pH causing Nut. lock out?
Should I get a separate pH adjuster res. to automatically take care of this?

Any suggestions would be welcome.
