Routing wires
no prob. the pvc idea is very good. thats why i love these boards: collaboration! one other thing i ponder now is (depending on the wires thickness) maybe some pipe insulation? know what i'm talking about? that should be plenty sturdy and lightproof. it comes in varying sizes, and the best part is that you can use all the leftovers you have (where i come from they sell bagged 3' sections, 5 to a bag) for a bubble cloner!
