Routing wires
make your hole for the wiring. run your wires and make sure its just how you wanted. then, apply some expandable insulation around said wires. the link is to give you an idea of what i mean by the insulation.
GREAT STUFF PRO
it comes in just a can with a big straw for application too instead of the big psuedo caulking gun. that setup is cheaper. try home depot/lowe's/menards.GoldenGraham84 Reviewed by GoldenGraham84 on . Routing wires Does anyone have a proper and clean way route wires through a wall as to keep lite and bugs out of a grow room? Unfortunately I'm not looking for a J-Box solution as I don't want to cut or splice any wires. I ask because I want to mount my ballast outside of the grow room due to the huge amounts of heat it gives off, but I need the connector from the light to be intact to properly plug into the ballast. Thoughts and pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -dodo Rating: 5
