I have already send him some messages and here is what he had to say:

When I asked if it was at all normal to receive the second package before the first package he responded with the following:
"Hi its the postal service its never ever run correct .. give it a while longer .. if no joy get back to us."

He also mentioned the following:
"...if your order has been intercepted it can take up to 4 weeks to get a notification."

Is that last part true? When an order is confiscated by customs, do they hang onto the package for two weeks before sending it back out? I always assumed that they removed the contraband and then resent the package with a nice little letter inside.

It has been three weeks for an order that consistantly took 4-6 days in the past. That is why I am pretty worried actually. I would have thought that if it was nabbed that it would have already arrived by now. I can only imagine that the reason that it is taking so long is that it is being 'looked into' by someone who is wanting to do more than just remove the contraband and send it on its way with a letter inside.

So I resubmit the question. Is it normal for customs to detain a package two weeks before forwarding it without its contents or has my package been forwarded to my local police department instead?

I also placed another one about 7 days after that one. The one I placed 7 days later showed up a while ago but the one placed first is still missing. I am just looking for some piece of mind on this issue. If the order was intercepted by customs would that be a cause for delay? Does customs hold onto orders for over a week before sending it back out with a note? How possible is it that the order went missing--seriously, how often Rating: 5
