120 Watt FLUORO Plant Light
Ok I have a 120 Watt Plant light by PhiLLips that I picked up from home depot, but i do not know the proper distance for my seedlings. Could someone please help me? Thanx!!:rastasmoke:

More/less as close as possible. CFLs dont cause too much heat so i would recommend about 4-6 inches from the top. A good trick is to put your hand near the top of the pant and if you can hold it there easily for about a minute the heat is not too extreme. Im still a noob yet
but im getting there. Read enough on the forums and you will become an expert
