30x MAGNIFIER?

Are there any local stores in the US that sell these things? Or can I break an existing product that will give me a 30x magnification, like binoculars?

60x100. Radio Shack. About $12....it's illuminated, too. Snip a very, small piece of bud leaf and put it on a white paper plate.

Try a hobby store. I got a loupe that has both 20x and 30x for about $20. I also have the 60-100x microscope that dutch pimp just recommended, although i find it very troublesome to use and prefer a 30x eyepiece.

DON'T buy the 30x jewelers loupe from eBay. I bought 3 of them for friends and when they came in, i was glad to see the lens was much larger than my 30x, but the magnification was 15x at best and you can't see the colors of the trichs. NOT AS ADVERTISED...

it's worth the money to get a good one.

I got a bit of house work done and feelin' fine, garden is in full swing (http://boards.cannabis.com/grow-log/...ml#post1951646 ). How's life treatin' you? I read you had to move on from your paradise in the woods and put the grow on hold. that's a bummer. I hope it's only a brief setback for you. I was always quite envious of your little neck of the woods.

did you order the 30x 21mm jeweler's loupe? if so it's NOT 30x...15x at best.
