i smoked about twice a week for a year, then quit on halloween when i was laid off i got a job and they didnt test me then said after christmas i may be tested then so before i found that out i shared a bowl with a friend

im 5-9 and 190 lbs but its a solid 190 like most people dont expect me to weigh that much

so smoked for 1 year clean for 2 months half a bowl today drug test around 15 days away

suggestions no myths please

i consider my metabolism slow but i work out 5 days a week predominately weight lifting and strength training

I agree. My friend was in a very similar position, she smoked often for years and years, got laid off, stopped smoking for about a month, then cracked and smoked a bowl. Two weeks after she smoked she found a very attractive job offer and had to take a test. Passed with no problems.
If you're really worried and want to set your mind at ease, just buy a home test kit. And if you are really, really paranoid, they have kits that will mask the THC in your pee for an hour after you use it -- works well if you know exactly when your test is going to be.

When a good and healthy person is totally clean it only takes 3-5 days to clear the system after a one time high (a few hits). You will be fine.

but hell after i take my second test me and my best friend who happens to be my dealer lol are gonna watch harold and kumar one and two and smoke a bowl or a joint everytime they light up.
