Help please with creatine level

Okay ive got a scheduled appt tommorow and ive been 10 days clean the time of the test. Im fairly confident ill pass with a lil dilution help. I just dont wanna have to retest and raise some flags with a neg dilute because of creatine levels.
I didnt think about this when scheduling this earlier, but I can always reschedule for thurs. if that is best. But i eat meat and a regular basis and had alot of ham today just before 5 pm. Should this be fine for the integrity part of the test or should I just make sure and wait 2 more days? Any answers greatly appreciated.

If you are planning on using the dilution method I would suggest getting in a total of 2-3 days of creatine loading. For duration of diluting don't forget to take tums/rolaids and some salty water EVERY hour. Is this for job related or court related? If job....have you thought about subbing? It's soooo easy with a little practice and then you don't have to hold off partaking.

Ive subbed before and ya it is easy. Im just not sure if the levels would be fine for the integrity check, so Im gonna get some creatine me in the next couple days and do it on thursday. I have to obtain and substance abuse assessment within 30 days, so its at my discretion.
