I usually begin flowering in the 6th - 8th week, depends on how much space is available, since they tend to double/triple in height, during flowering ... I would transplant now ... that way, your plant has plenty of time to recover from any posssible transplant-stress ... around week 6, she should be healthy and strong, then switch to 12/12 for flowering ... I wait until the nodes start alternating (uneven branching), that indicates maturity, and that is when I start the 12/12  ... technically, it can be done at any time ...

on your Cinderella 99, find the ones that smell like pineapple/grapefruit - those are the real 'keepers' of C99  ... C99 sometimes has a couple phenos, and they're all excellent, but the 'pineapple' pheno is the one she built her reputation on ... C99 normally will show you about 10% amber trichomes, around Day 50-55 ... fast

cloning is strictly your choice ... in general, clones tend to root easier when still in vegetative mode, but some clone just fine during flowering, too ... take your cuts down low on the plant, supposedly they contain more of the rooting hormones down low ... good luck ! :smokin:
