I completely agree with getting clean. STOP smoking. My little brother won't take my advice on this, I was lucky enough to not get evaluated with my cultivation charge, cop testified that I was clean. but chances are you will get
tested, I know my brother is going to have an 8hr class to do once he gets charged for trafficking. If anyone can shed some light on what usually happens when a minor is charged for trafficking and the charge is brought down to a misdemeanor....that would be great. I was lucky enough to receive non reporting probation but i don't think my little brother will be so lucky if they drug test him.

I wish i knew the answers to whether or not a misdemeanor cultivation charge could be expunged. I'm under the impression you have to wait for probation to be over and one year after that.

Do you plan on accepting the charges or getting a lawyer? lol Shouldn't be hard to get your paraphernalia dropped even with a public defender
