Hermie question
ok so my plants are two weeks into budding, five females out of five plants :jointsmile:. they are looking great. however the genetics i have had seeds in the buds. does this automatically mean my plants will have the same amount of seeds or not? if so how can i keep my plants seed free?

WEll this is not a reply but a question, I ahve used junk seed that I have saved and I am doing a closet grow, some of the plants have come out hermi, (I jsut started to flower) if the male parts are only on the tops of the plants can I cut the tops to keep them from fertilizing and seeding up or am I just wasting my time?! thanks Chappy

Yea you can carefully pick off the male parts. But if you break it then you are pretty screwed. It's advised to spray the plants with water first (if your buds aren't too big, careful with the mold!!!), because the water will kill the pollen. Some tweezers would be the best, try and grab those little balls by their stems.
Some strains are more stable than others, and some will hermie even without stress... One of the drawbacks of (some) bagseed and even some of the expensive seeds from well known companies.
