    those work fine....but , they are labor intensive and require a lot of upkeep. Probably not good for a beginner

    That one seems kinda bulky IMHO, I like the Hydromax 1000 Ebb & Flow system myself as it's less cumbersome. Never had an ounce of trouble with mine. The only thing is that I've only seen them from a company in California. Do a search online and you will find the store that carries it. Has the name "foothill" in the URL. Sorry to be so vague, I'm just not sure I can give you a link or their name without being called out by a mod.
