what do you do with your stems?
I save them sometimes and was wondering whats the best way to put them to use.

I put them in butter and put on my pancakes, toast, waffles, or anything else in the morning :rastasmoke:. Look up *how to make cannabutter* in the recipe section. You can find how to make green dragon there as well.

Last week i took all my stems and made hash oil with them (as i usually do with my weed). The final product hadnt the usual dark honey colour, but a dark emerald green... and it got me high enough... :stoned:

I normally just save the stems I get out a bag until the bag is done and when I'm joansin for some I'll just smoke my stems :jointsmile:

Instead of using acetone go to your local Shopper's Drug Mart and get a bottle of 99% isopropyl alcohol, otherwise known as rubbing alcohol. Make sure you get the 99% pure; if they don't have it then 91% is the next best.
Save your stems till you have a lot. Cut them up into small pieces, about an inch or couple inches long. Then soak them in the iso for about 3 or four minutes.
Filter out the stem material. Then let the iso evaporate at room temperature (less dangerous this way), or heat low and slow on a stove (quite dangerous: use double boiler method). Use a large, flat baking sheet for evaporating because it will evaporate faster with the large surface area, plus you will have to scrape the hash off. Sometimes it can be quite hard.
After the iso has evaporated away you will have what will likely be the best oil/hash you ever smoked. :jointsmile:

since i use a bowl, i smoke the stems/seeds along with the bud. there isnt much thc on them so the hits are somewhat small, but hey! its still weed. so dont go wasting your weed
