Hula Hoop=Exercise?
Weedhound, one of my wife's physical therapists while she was doing rehab for her back told her doing the hula hoop is excellent for strengthening core muscles. Probably wouldn't count as aerobic exercise or weight training, but to strengthen up those core muscles that support your spine and abdomen, the PT said it was a good tool. I never could keep one of the things up, but you ladies have a shape and a waist that can. Mighty glad you're on this side of your chemo. Hope you get your strength back fast.
This is more of an aside to Image Reaper's comment about sex burning calories. Maybe I'm just strange, but watching a pretty lady do the hula hoop is a good form of foreplay.Dave Byrd Reviewed by Dave Byrd on . Hula Hoop=Exercise? I just read somewhere that five minutes "hula hooping" will really help work off those calories. Anyone here tried these or the "exercise hoops" I saw for sale? Does it work or not as far good exercise? Thanks in advance for any enlightenment. :) Happy Holidays ALL! :madnoel: :madnoel::madnoel: Rating: 5
